the idea behind @daigestHQ is simple: you have sources you care about — blogs, reddit, youtube, newsletters. but checking them all takes hours. so i built a tool that turns your sources into one briefing. source to briefing. then share it with a link. that's literally all it does. daige.st

@uzanethegoat Information overload isn't a brain thing. It's a process thing. Fix the process, not the brain.

I’m starting to think 'keeping up' with AI agents is a trap. Every morning, there’s a new tool, a new 'breakthrough,' and a new reason to feel behind. It’s exhausting. I’ve realized that 90% of it is just noise. The real leverage isn’t in the news; it’s in the one or two things that actually work for your business. Does anyone else feel like they’re on a treadmill that’s set too fast? How are you actually filtering the signal?

@snow_w_lee exactly. set up a digest layer so channels get summarized before i see them. stopped being the filter myself

everyone's coping strategy for slack overload is just a fancier way of ignoring more messages. keyword filters, muting channels, marking as read. none of it fixes the underlying problem: slack doesn't know what matters to you, so you have to be the filter.

@threatner_ honestly? stopped trying to track everything manually. automated the relevant stuff and the noise just disappeared

The API looks like this: import { renderFromNotion } from 'notion-to-email' const { html } = await renderFromNotion({ pageId: 'your-page-id', token: 'your-notion-token', }) // → pipe to SES, SendGrid, Resend, etc.

🧵 I built a Notion-to-email renderer. Just open-sourced it. Pass a page ID, get email-compatible HTML back. Tested in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Here's how it works 👇

@thedankoe Information overload is real. More inputs without deep thinking just creates noise. First-principles reasoning beats consuming 50 threads any day.

at this point, i am tired of the information overload. mostly because ai has made it accessible. wasting my time in deep holes of the internet and then decision fatigue.

@gregisenberg The information overload and agentic space fatigue is real. There is just too much to stay on top of. News breaks literally 30 times a day, new tools, new agents, new models, new hardware, new harnesses. It never ends.

@thedankoe Information overload induces a false sensation of the curse of knowledge - that explains how so many people think the next guy is dumber than himself

Does anyone else get kinda lost when a conversation moves super fast and you're trying to join in but it's just going way too fast?? I've got ADHD so that's a big thing for me but like, I'm wondering how people deal with and go about that??

Prompt: "make me a cool motion graphic" Typical LLM output: basic fades + slide-ups. Not a model problem. A reference problem. I built production-ready Remotion scenes you can feed to Claude/GPT as few-shot code. Same prompt. Way better motion output. Reply "MOTION" if you want to try this. #BuildInPublic #VibeCoding
