@kyduchess 😳😳😳 I will say that the show had literally nothing on there about the Paleo diet or vaccines. I am not a fan of fad diets. Having chronic kidney disease, I do wonder if lowering, not eliminating, my carbohydrates, might benefit me. Have you seen it?
