Talked to a guy on a train from Milan to Zurich. Former warehouse worker. Never ran ads before. He’s doing €4.1M/year with one sleep supplement. Started with €11k and a basic Shopify store. His whole system is almost stupid simple: every night he saves 15–20 ads from TikTok Creative Center, rewrites the hook, keeps the same structure, and launches the next morning. No brand team. No strategy decks. Just volume and pattern recognition. He’s been sitting at ~3.1x ROAS for the past year. I asked him what changed everything. He said: “I stopped trying to be original. I just stopped being late.” Most people think they need better ideas. They just need to execute faster on proven ones.

There is no need for an email agency ☠️ All the emails I have sent have been done with a few personalized lines of copy or / and taking our ad scripts into claude OPUS 4.5 I've had the best email results I have ever had before I have taken all of our best emails + turned our entire claude project into a "Skill" This is what Claude Code calls the information it uses for data We send out an email every 2-3 days...sometimes even daily We have the same systems that makes every email hit If this works...which it should I'll be able to handle everything regarding our emails directly from the claude code terminal list selection, campaign subject, preview & of course...the email itself With accurate feedback data of what is & what is not working Am going to run a test with 5 Claude Code only emails (0 input aside from brainstorming the concepts with me)
