Anybody actually scaling campaigns with highest volume in affiliate at the moment? Gave a low budget ($750/day) CBO highest volume campaign a go last Friday. Proven ads/offer and that shit bursted $1.5k in 5 mins flat. Don't really see the point when you can just bid cap it
