They are finished with the heavy sell part of their rebuild, yes! They were open about this dating back to last April. That doesn't mean the rebuild is over, it means that the rebuild is pivoting largely to developing the guys they have while making their normal picks.

If I had a HOF vote this is how I'd do it. Deeper ballot than I originally thought. Could've seen myself voting for 10 but couldn't quite get there for Pedroia and Wright. I expect both of them to stay on the ballot though so will have more chances to think about it.
