Well…to be factual, Los Angeles is spanish for “the angels.” Mexico owned LA many years ago and, Spain discovered & colonized the U.S. I’m for secure borders & deporting only criminals, but it’s important to keep it factual. In every hospital there needs to be translators for all languages, but especially spanish.

“My immigrant parents don’t speak English, and they're currently in the hospital right now in LA” The doctors had to call her to translate because the hospital didn’t have a translator working She’s upset because the doctor asked her to teach them some English so that when an emergency happens they can at least communicate with the hospital “I just thought that for hospitals to not have translators and then to blame the patient for not knowing the language, I think it's just. I don't know, I didn't really like it. I don't mind translating, but I think that hospitals and other places should just do better, especially in LA because it's so diverse. But let me know what you guys think.“ Imagine coming to a country and not speaking the language and then blaming the doctors for not speaking your foreign language….
