What’s important is assembling a core with no interest in selling those players on. Shankland would be perfect for that

I’ve argued before that the fee for him was inflated, but for where Rangers are now and what he’d bring on and off the pitch, I’d pay Hearts whatever they want.

James Tavernier was selected to be on the bench for tonight’s game, and wasn’t happy that he wasn’t given a starting position in what would’ve been his final appearance at Ibrox for the club.
Tav’s withdrawn himself from the squad for the game, and isn’t currently in the stadium with his teammates.

Yet again the atmosphere and pressure is too much for Walsh, to not even been called to VAR is a disgrace, but it’s not the first time… Trusty kick to Butland’s face 🤷🏻♂️

We need to change how VAR operates. Power needs to be handed back to the referee.
For the offside & potential red, the ref should have been referred to the monitor. Let him decide. Instead he sees neither.

There's not very many officials that I truly believe allow their bias to veer in to cheating, but Clancy is the one I have no doubt does.
Here , he closes down VAR instantly and repeatedly to get to the outcome he wants asap. Gassama's foot is in the box/on the line. Clancy is saying it was a yard outside. The VAR officials are too cosy with refs to actually say "no, you're wrong".
Then Collum endorses it all publicly and for the record. He has to go.
