Congressional districts are not required by the constitution. There is no reason, except it was made illegal in 1967, that we couldn't just elect at-large like we do Senators. Laws can be repealed fairly easily.

But, I didn't last Friday because I couldn't get a straight answer as to what would happen if the game went very late. If I can't trust that I'll get home I won't use the service. Who would?
