I needed it for a next day wedding so forced to accept all they had. Now I have a wedding I didn’t particularly want. Now this weeks issue

@nextofficial absolutely ridiculous, 'your delivery is ready' however only deliver half of it...zero accountability. Clearly not.... [and then trying to get through to a store via phone is impossible...!]

@nextofficial what’s happened to customer service. Next day delivery messages stopped after 4 days- now you aren’t replying to emails either

@PANDORA_NA well done for offering three for two. Telling me to collect. Only then having two of the items when we got there so the offer is useless, time wasted, and then you caring even less. Nice people.

@PANDORA_NA Stratford Now to take advantage of offer need to order three more things so will have bought 4 things when we only wanted three. If we can demonstrate we bought 4 but only wanted three can we take one back and you credit one item so we are back in the position we should be in

@incite101 @SilverstoneUK More than that mate. All the way around the stadium which I reckon is easily 15-20 bus loads and in the time I stood there before getting a cab one bus came- won’t bother again. Cab took 15 mins and dropped me at gate 1 no trouble sorry to all those who stood there.

@nationalexpress @Racing_KLR The service on Friday from Stratford on Avon was also very late. Toilet not working, no tracking, WiFi or recharging ports. Driver was cheery enough. Customer service will apologise at best even though this falls well short of what you can expect when travelling national express.

@nationalexpress very disappointed with the driver from Bristol to Cheltenham Racecourse, lovely guy, but no sense of direction and we had to take a detour!! And was given a map which was tiny!! Least I knew where the purple car park was 💜

@Tuskerdirect Which I did and still nothing. How long does it take to reply. I sent in the form requested in September. Everything till this point has been fine but it just seems like nobody is there now I signed up.

The landing of scheduled flights shouldn’t be a surprise yet you don’t have enough buses to deal with the refurbishment
