Had a fantastic meeting yesterday with some of the @DGramNetwork community from Bangladesh, hosted by @HuqSiam and his lovely wife. It was a great chance to connect directly, hear the questions that actually matter to the people on the ground, and have a real conversation. It served as a persistent reminder that: - Blockchain is about community. - Blockchain is about having no gatekeepers. - Blockchain is about being able to ask questions and get answers. It’s not about the old web2 world. It’s not about deflecting. It’s not about hiding behind layers of red tape or customer service bots. There’s a future being born in blockchain and web3...and it’s one where people can speak up, be heard, and help shape what comes next. I’ve seen too many communities where leadership is missing in action. Where mods are left to act as bulwarks to defend decisions they had no part in making (hell, I have been on both sides of that and it sucks). That’s not fair to them. It’s not fair to the community. And it’s not fair to the industry as a whole. If you’re building something in this space, take a second and check yourself. How are you showing up? Are you listening? Are you present? We are built for greatness. But we don’t get there all at once. We build it. One conversation, one step, one shared smile at a time. LFG!
