@Wickes What a stupid policy your sales team has! I leave my details on your website to make a booking to start the process of buying a bathroom, and you call me from an unknown number, and immediately demand I give over all my PII to confirm you are talking to the right person.
@BankofScotland Yep did this, but was then greeted with a blank page with no error. The account failed to set up. Had to manually navigate to the car insurance homepage and manually sign up for an account for the policy I had just created. Not a very smooth process, could be better.

@ShellEnergyHome Don't you just hate it when customer service rings you back later regarding an issue and demand you hand over PII to pass their own security checks despite them ringing you? If someone rings you, never hand over memorable pass phases, they may be bad actors.

@TrueLayer Have you had a data breach? My Halifax online account had been compromised recently and you are the only ones I gave login details for through Monzo App to show my credit card balance in the app. Luckily Halifax saw the transaction of £7.5K suspicious and blocked it.
@thameswater My issue was solved after waiting for 30 minutes. Just tell whoever is in charge of the phone system to change it. The music isn't the worst bit. It is just that the announcements stop the music every 30 seconds so you constantly think someone is answering your call.

@thameswater Your on-hold announcements are the most annoying than any other company. The same announcement repeats every 30s. When on hold for 30mins that means I've heard the same thing 60 times! I think telling me once to check your website to report a leak is enough! 🔫🤯🧠
