@GiantHotTakes I mean we had some pretty bad years right before our World series wins. The only difference and where I agree is that we had lots of great prospects that were building a future whereas now we don't except for a few players. But we are tied up in big contracts.

Everyone involved in this whole operation should be ashamed of themselves. Buster Posey, Tony Vitello, Zach Minasian, Ownership, the players. Everyone. One of the most embarrassing years in this organizations storied history.

@BadgerBeliever @PmtStats Exactly, so undeniable evidence should be that if the umpire calls a pitch a ball and the ball isn't 50 percent clipping the zone then the call shouldn't be changed. I understand that's not how it works but that's what I wish it would change too.

@lIReactionz @PmtStats The zone is the zone. In baseball you need undeniable evidence to overturn a call. ABS is that undeniable evidence. Even if it’s .1 inches

@gggiants Lol that's what is irritating me. There are making him face disgusting pitchers and then he's not starting against average ones😂

@GiantHotTakes Agreed. He has to be out there everyday so he can get used to seeing MLB pitching. There's a reason guys like Mike Trout and Aaron Judge became successful. They were out there everyday as rookies being exposed to MLB pitching and learned from it.

I love that every single Giants fan is united in the Giants mistreatment of Bryce Eldridge. We don’t all agree on much, but this is as easy as it gets. Play him every day no matter the level. He should not be sitting.

@BadgerBeliever @PmtStats Yeah kinda. I'm more advocating that for a ball call to be overturned 50 percent of the baseball should clip the strike zone.

@lIReactionz @PmtStats Then your advocating for a smaller zone. If you propose 50% of the ball has to be in the zone that effectively makes the plate roughly 2.8 inches thinner. Thats no different than just making the plate 14.2 inches. Which then the ball barely clipping the zone would be a strike.

@lIReactionz @PmtStats Not a bad call, still the wrong call. The rule has always been if even a small part of the ball clips the zone it’s a strike. Now people are complaining cause there’s a way to for sure know

@CPhilly19 That was a strike though. Doesn't matter what the intended location was that was still a strike.

I genuinely don’t give a fuck what the ABS system says … that ain’t a strike. You shouldn’t be able to miss your spot THAT BADLY and still get the call for strike three. What are we even doing?

@hayasaka_aryan Big breasts are the most over rated thing iv ever heard in my life. Medium sized perky tits beat size everyday. It’s never about the size, most of the girls with big tits look ridiculous and I can’t understand why it gets pushed

@JLas43_ What's super impressive about that homer is the ball carries very badly in Seattle so the fact that he hit it that far means it would have gone even farther in other ball parks.

@Cardinals11in11 @RayDunne975 Steroids helped Bonds out but he was already a naturally great hitter. If gave steroids to Kyle Schwarber he wouldn't all of sudden start hitting .300 and hit more homers than he is now, you still have to have talent to hit a baseball.

In Ryan Howard’s 58 home run season, he hit his 20th HR on June 5th. In Aaron Judge’s 62 home run season, he hit his 20th HR on June 3rd. In Barry Bond’s 73 home run season, he his 20th HR on May 19th. Tonight, on May 15th, Kyle Schwarber hit his 20th HR of the season.

@StevenL55689515 @The_StilesFiles He's never been a great hitter but until recently he was a 25 HR, .230 average and .300 OBP player which is pretty solid for today's game. He had an above league average OBS the past 2 seasons. He's been good until now.

@The_StilesFiles He’s deep in his head , but in all honest he’s never been a great hitter . Put him at that ballpark in SF 81 games a year did you expect a dramatic turnaround ?

@KingOf_Norway @The_StilesFiles That's the big difference. Bailey never proved he was ever a hitter and Chapman has a history of being a solid hitter with good power. That's why what's happening this year is such a mystery.

He is the best defensive 3B in MLB right now. That makes this even more complicated. Its almost like...gulp....we have a Patrick Bailey situation going on at 3B EXCEPT Chapman is in a legit 3-4 week slump and not a career of performing horribly at the plate. The bat speed is fine. The problem is in between his ears. The nonstop backward Ks proves his brain is malfunctioning. Solution: 50/50 time with Casey Schmitt. The bench needs to ring his bell and wake him up.
