@NOWTV Well that’s a start. That’s the first sorry I have. Yet again putting the onus on the customer to get in touch and do all the work. Cancelling an account should NOT be this difficult. Pretty sure the ombudsman will be interested to know 🤷‍♀️

@NOWTV I did yesterday. They were supposed to be emailing me as the 'systems' weren't working. I haven't heard anything. This is shocking customer service.

@NOWTV I did cancel all correctly and then daughter pressed one button by mistake and set up the pass again! That’s why I want the entire account closed. Disgusting that I can’t do this simply online and there are no instructions on line

@labellecakeco Hi, The passes/subscriptions are what the money is paid for, so in cancelling that correctly, you are then cancelling the payments. If you wish to perform a full closure of the account, you have to contact us via web form or live chat. Options available through the help centre
