Constantly amazed by how well our systems have evolved to handle stress and trauma...like when your brain shuts down excess emotion and makes you dissociate just enough to let you focus on the task at hand - survival - and move through immediate risk on pure adrenaline. The pain comes after, there are delayed consequences, and it's not pretty, but I'm always amazed at how evolutionarily efficient our human body is. the will to survive is kinda unbeatable

GPT 5.3 told me my answer to a math question was wrong, then did the math mid response and realized I was right, and awkwardly walked it back. 😄
OpenAI fixed this for advanced models (o1 et al) where they run a primary reasoning pass before any response is generated.
@OpenAI should still fix this UX for older models tho. If u force structured outputs where a reasoning field must resolve before any response is generated at the application layer, your orchestration will handle this scenario for any (reasonable) model.

@PranavDixit behavioral econ done right actually. movie theater concession stands are the one market where your willingness to pay spikes (and your willingness to resist flatlines simultaneously) :P

Genuinely wish @xai had a better news feature.
Today's News on X seems hyper focused on viral content on X. Take a look at Google News today and then compare to News on here.

@labellevee_ Love that book, Vidya! I also love Ray Bradbury's writing book: "Zen and the Art of Writing"

Entering my 30s and living through real hardship has made one thing clear to me. I I don’t want to be agnostic anymore.
I used to think agnosticism was intellectual honesty and even a kind of superiority. Now I think it can also be a kind of luxury.
If your life has been stable enough that you never felt the need to believe in something beyond yourself, then genuinely, consider yourself blessed.

Paris Paloma is refreshing. Miyazaki is a lovely statement on AI and touched my heart ❤️

I see a lot of doomer posts about how AI killed design.
but AI agents and LLMs don’t make designers redundant; rather, they expand the surface area. Cause you have unchartered territory to design for -
How can we improve information architecture in an LLM's response structure?
How can we reimagine voice UX when vibecoding ?
What multi modal interaction patterns can we build for human- AI agent workflows?
How can people use AI discreetly in public spaces?
This is an infinitely more exciting canvas and a harder problem than visual design!
