Today, the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority completed their annual training exercise in collaboration w/multiple first responder agencies. It was a great opportunity to train w/our fellow public safety partners along w/the ACTA, Union Pacific Railroad & BNSF Railway.

Today was quarterly testing day for #LACoFD #Explorers at FS 13, the East County Training Center & Del Valle Regional Training Center. Explorers are focused as they continue to make progress on their Task Books with the goal to become #CertifiedExplorers. Strong work!

Congratulations to #LACoFD Assistant Fire Chief Ray Mitchison who hung his gear today in the company of family, colleagues, and friends. We wish Chief Mitchison well in his retirement and thank him for his dedicated service to the Department and #LACounty residents.
