@ladder6 I wholeheartedly disagree, John Bernthal is without any doubt playing the character known as Frank Castle and is The Punisher in the comics, because he's in TV shows and movies.

Punisher: One Last Kill Non-Spoiler Review by Critics
• Very violent and action packed.
• This is Marvel's most brutal and violent project so far.
• Fight scenes are solid throughout.
• Similar vibe to The Raid where one man is trapped in a building and fights his way out.
• Frank does not wear the skull until near the end.
• Extremely fast paced and goes by very quickly.
• Still feels a little “origin story” focused.
• Villains are reportedly very good.

The Punisher will never win at the adaptation game bc the character is just not suited for live-action where characters tend to go through character arcs and tend to grow and change. That’s why all we ever have is origin stories.
