It is with great sadness to announce the death of PC Emma Cook who passed away on Wednesday after losing her brave battle to cancer.
Dedicated & passionate she worked in patrol, community and our Guns & Gangs team.
Our thoughts are with her husband Mark, family & colleagues. 💙

The tweet I never wanted to write. The time has come to say goodbye. 5 years to prepare, doesn’t make it any easy. I’m under hospice at home care, & I’m spending my time surrounded by my family. Please buy me a 🍷 to see me out and raise vitial funds. bowelbabe.org ❤️

@MattHancock Hello Mr Hancock-welcome to the stay at home gang! So sorry to hear your news-I’m a cancer patient so go through regular shutdowns and on the 12weeks one now! Keep smiling-it’s annoying but u can do it. Kay x
Following medical advice, I was advised to test for #Coronavirus.
I‘ve tested positive. Thankfully my symptoms are mild and I’m working from home & self-isolating.
Vital we follow the advice to protect our NHS & save lives
