Lakeside Rams will be traveling to Bryant tonight. Varsity game begins at 5:00.

Season opener at home on Monday at 5:00.

Not bad for the first 6:30 a.m. lift. Definitely made the best use of our space and equipment. Go Rams!!

Quick observation: I watch a lot of MLB. The contending teams' hitters are increasingly worrying less about launch angle,are beating the shift, and striking out less as the races heat up. Becoming tough outs. Fun to watch! The game is the same game in spite of social media gurus!

No matter what anyone says, just show up and do the work.

Walks are good. It is better to walk than chase. Refine your strike zone. An area that most don’t spend enough quality time on.

No one ever became their best by focusing on someone else’s flaws.

The older I get, and I’m only 40, the more I am convinced that the key to success in life spiritually and otherwise is directly related to a person’s ability to be consistent with their daily routines that produce positive outcomes.
