Condemning a single Chinese company based on labor law violations without comparing that company to competitors, is like condeming a single bodega on the grounds their cat is a health code violation. It's true, but it's also disingenuous and likely motivated by factors other than authentic concern. Shein sucks and deserves every minute of the dragging they are getting, but pretending that investigative reporters just could not find the Zara/H&M/Amazon Choice factory across the street for comparison, and this targeted attention was spontaneous and organic, is foolishness. That said, drag away, hopefully it will lead to a crackdown on bad practices- at all the suppliers.
