@Marriott now we have general manager Scott Blalock threatening me saying I made his employee uncomfortable, no concern no questions as to what happened and why it happened. Someone needs to fire this guy he’s clearly not cut out to run a hotel he allows his employees to do as

@Marriott another one. I was told I can’t park up front after your valet collected additional money to park up front snd then moved my car. Told me it’s against hotel policy to park cars up front there and what do they do - they park there and then ask customers who are in line

After reading news.marriott.com/news/2021/03/0… back in March I thought Marriott was against Asian hate - I guess everyone but Mr. Scott Blalock and his team at the JW Marriott Austin. Still an upset customer an entire week later. #StopAsianHate #stopasianhatebymarriott

Doesn’t like meeting either. Just ridiculous that such a huge hotel chain just lets their general manager discriminate against people for the color of their skin or their accent. Never felt so discriminated in my life @Marriott I hope not all Marriott branches discriminate.

@Marriott got a response from the GM on my parking situation. He said they selectively pick and choose whose vehicles get to stay up front or not and it wasn’t discrimination because they let my car stay up there as well before. Then he continued to state its against policy

@Marriott discrimination at its finest. Your JW Marriott Austin Texas downtown location has valet that creates their own rules and discriminates on service levels depending on your ethnicity now. We paid $50 extra a night on top of the $50 a night valet fee to be parked up front.

@Marriott horrible experience at the Westin downtown Austin Texas. Valet - no mask, no help with cart, checking out 15 year olds - manager on duty doesn’t care - we decide to sleep elsewhere and they refused to refund in full. Never even checked in.

@united paid extra to have two seats together flying as a companion. While in line 8 minutes prior to getting on the plane our seats where separated with no resolution. Told an infant was in the seat - turned out to be a lie.
