Frisco’s Leandro Lopez is a lot of fun (IMO). He has a mid-90s FB, and up, and a really good CB. He is capable of missing both bats and the plate. Usually he does some of both. Tonight? Bats.

Will get into the deal more in a few moments in online story, but want to say Nathaniel Lowe came to Rangers for the absolute nadir of the club's rebuild as a guy who could get on base mostly. Well, he won a GG, a Silver Slugger and a WS. It was enjoyable to watch his growth.

@TepidP If you had to guess, which Rangers pitching prospects become major league starters?

Teodo was 14th. Kohl Drake and Alejandro Rosario were unranked. As was Skylar Hales. It’s not a deep or particularly eye-opening system, but I think you’ll see (at least) these guys move up quite a bit. They could use a few hitters to step up in the second half.

There might not be a team in baseball whose Top Prospects lists will change more this mid-season than the Rangers. Ex. Here’s the pre-season Top 10 from MLB Pipeline:
