A cancelled flight. A downgraded seat. A detour through the wrong destination. Arrived 5 hours late. Any chance of actually responding to messages submitted two months ago @British_Airways ? Really poor customer service. Expected better.

@cottagescom has the worst customer service. They never respond to emails at all, they don’t follow up after being contacted (phone wait is stupid long.) Just messy. Glad we won’t be listing our property with them any longer.

@kateZam01 @cottagescom Really disheartened by my customer experience with the company. Booked a cute cottage and have had to change the date a second time due to unforeseen family circumstances. They're asking for ANOTHER £40 for what I can only assume is them clicking a few buttons and none 1/2

circumstances we've unfortunately had to change the date again. We were in touch with the owner who kindly agreed to us NOT paying this extra £40. Yet after getting off the phone to Cottages, they're insistent that we must pay this extra fee. 2/3

Thoroughly disappointed with @cottagescom. Booked for the first time with the company (usually use @airbnb) and had to change the original date and was charged £40 for the privilege (a penny of this does not go to the owner of the property). Due to unforeseen family 1/3
