@ThommyTox @Dallas_Holladay I typically reserve ketamine for situations where I’ve really loaded up GABA A but I haven’t quite achieved the level of sedation the patient needs. Def stay in sub-d doses (made that mistake once). Idk if this is the way. May start using earlier.
