HOW IS DR DOOM SO STRONG? (and kinda origin) Victor Von Doom was born in a country called Latveria (Fictional located in Europe). The people of this country suffered a horrible ruler. So Cynthia mother of Doom who is a sorcerer used dark magic connected to hell and Mephisto to gain needed power for overthrowing the ruler and saving Latverian people This ended with Mephisto taking Cynthia's soul and keeping her with himself in hell. While Dooms father took him running to save the kid. The father also dies from cold trying to keep doom alive. As now this poor kid has lost both of his parents. Making him grow a major hate against Mephisto Dedicating a big part of his life to reach onto Mephisto the devil, take revenge and free his mothers soul. That was a big reason behind doom who is one of the smartest people alive, using his mind to create some of the craziest technologies ever seen, to the levels of Iron Man or even beyond. While also following the steps of his mother to learn every type of magic specially dark hellish ones since he needs this for fighting Mephisto. -------------------------------------------- A person comes to Doom very impressed by his inventions, inviting him to come onto USA for studying and having more resources to bring these ideas into reality. The same place Reed Richards was studying within at that moment The 2 did not like each other much, had a lot of big brain offs and both liked a person named Sue Storm too! (Doom more so for making Reed jealous) In this place Doom also progressed on one of his most used inventions. They are called DOOM BOTS, human robots that end up looking identical to Doom and be very powerful To the point you might be fighting a Doom Bot and think its the actual guy... But doom was finally ready to make a device for traveling onto Mephisto's hell realm and save his mothers soul. The device was ready and built, yet Reed Richards critiques it making Doom get extremely annoyed. And once its used, Doom seeing his mother suffering by Mephisto... It blows up (Either Reed talking to Doom distracted him making the guy make mistake, or Reed was right) This scars Dooms face horribly, and makes him forever hate Reed Richards too (One of the reasons why he hates the guy so much) Doom then goes on to build himself an extremely complex armor fused with all the magic and technology he has learned. Best of both worlds. The suit might book basic and medieval, but there is so much shit going on inside of it, YOU HAVE NO IDEA He also covers his face with a mask to hide the scars and broken face forever. But keeping the scarred face as a reminder of his first ever mistake. No one shall see him weak again, or he shall never make mistakes again. He has a new face now everyone will fear. Doom goes on after this to get rid of the horrible rulers in Latveria, and free the country or its people. Taking the cape away from that ruler (Yes the cape he wears represents Latveria) As he gets chosen to become New King of Latveria You might think he is a villain so people are gonna be sad. But no everybody in Latveria cheers when he becomes king. Bro ends crime, makes education free, no homeless, everyone has work. Its the most peaceful country on earth. Even Doom keeps all his business and crazy work outside that country, the greatest protector of Latveria. So yeah people love him there he a cool ruler, but at the cost of being heavily monitored That's what makes doom the best villain of Marvel and so complex. 1- His relationship with his mother, Mephisto and reed richards. Or Reeds daughter Valeria 2- The fact that he is best of both worlds. Both Magic and Science. Making him kind of like mix of Dr Strange + Iron Man 3- How he is not a normal villain, the guy has a country he always takes care of Latveria. A lot of times he genuinely wants to save everyone. Gets rid of big threats protects Earth BUT, how egotistical he is, how manipulative, dark and harsh, how he will do anything to reach his goals or be extremely brutal. Tricks your mind to levels your mind to levels you cant even expect. Thats what makes Doom a villain even if he does good too and is not just killing for fun (Unless its F4) NOW HIS POWERS As i said think Iron Man but even crazier, Doom creates some insane technologies, he is brilliant. ALSO think Dr Strange but crazier too. While Strange sometimes has limits to how far he is willing to go with magic, Doom dont care, he can be crazy Also he has studied sooooo much magic specially the most destructive or dark ones. Or ancient ones. Which means, he has spells fused with his suit that can do a lotttt, and those runes you see on the suit are part of the magic! From absorbing someones power, to deflecting it or resisting it. To shielding his body from harm or having a counter against many type of attacks or magics To basically eating up and stealing ur power growing stronger through it Which is something he does in the comics, making him become GOD EMPEROR DOOM to cause Secret Wars (connected to whats happening rn in movies) SO HOW DID HE STOP THOR? same attack he did on thanos and all 6 infinity stones could not stop it? Either he has stolen someones power around time of this scene, making him already get close to god emperor doom Or The rune you see on his gauntlet he stops the attack with. It could be one of his magics used to absorb or counter Thor's Asgardian powers. Making the blade basically become useless against him. Again the suit might look like a basic armor. But there is sooooooooooo much inside that thing u have no idea😭i will post a pic in replies
