The $SOL community is grateful for the job @jarxiao did this week leading the @solana bootcamp. Rare to find an engineer that can lead 250 (100 onsite/150 virtual) devs, articulately teach them how to chew glass and have them walking away eager for more. Amazing job.

@jaibhavnani This is also more prominent with people who interact a lot with their community (read: non-insiders) which care more about short-term token price. The solution is to have a long term vision and treat things like a startup, rather than as a get quick rich scheme.
