Breaking: after the Jos att@ck that happened on Palm Sunday, new updates have emerged. “Our intelligence gathering reveals that more att@cks may be coming soon. Reports suggest that armed Fulani terror!sts groups are still gathering in large numbers and are targeting areas in Benue, Plateau, Southern Kaduna and its environs, as well as parts of Taraba. There are also concerns about planned att@cks around Chinji. What happened in Jos on Sunday is being described as only the beginning, with fears that the situation could w0rsen if nothing is done urgently. Anyone living in these areas is strongly advised to stay vigilant, if you see something, Please say something. I call on President Bola Tinubu and General Christopher Musa to please protect your people, allow them to celebrate Easter without been k!lled, Please defend the defenseless and protect your people.”—Judd Saul from equipping the persecuted Says

Deeply shocked and saddened by the sudden demise of my friend and the former President of Suriname, Mr. Chandrikapersad Santokhi Ji. This is not only an irreparable loss to Suriname but also to the global Indian diaspora. I fondly recall my many meetings with him. His tireless service for Suriname and his efforts in strengthening India-Suriname relations were clearly reflected in our interactions. He had a special fondness for Indian culture. He won several hearts when he took oath in Sanskrit. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and the people of Suriname in this hour of grief. Om Shanti. Sharing some glimpses from our various interactions…

U.S. Court Sentences Nigerian Yahoo Boy, Saheed Owolabi, to 15 Years for $1.5 Million Wire Fr@ud Nigerian fraudster, Saheed Sunday Owolabi, has been sentenced to 15 years in a U.S. federal prison for his role in a $1.5 million wire fr@ud and money laundering scheme. On Tuesday, a federal judge handed down the sentence after Mr. Owolabi was found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fr@udand conspiracy to commit money laundering, the U.S. Department of Justice confirmed. Investigations by the FBI revealed that Owolabi posed as a woman online to form fake romantic relationships with men in the United States, a tactic commonly known as a romance sc@m. Through these fabricated relationships, he persuaded victims to transfer funds into his accounts, which he then laundered back to Nigeria. Authorities also found that Owolabi, along with accomplices, used victims’ bank accounts to move funds from other fraudulent schemes, stealing over $120,000 from one victim in the eastern U.S., among numerous others.
