The Democrat Party has a sordid history. Yes. The Republican Party also has a sordid history. America has a sordid history. Do you want to focus on the mistakes or do you want to focus on the strengths and the accomplishments. The Republican Party has done great things. The Democratic Party has done great things. America is the greatest nation in the world and possibly in all of history. Let's stop demonizing one party or the other. When people hate Trump so much, they get stupid. The same thing happens when someone hates the Democratic party so much. How about we unite as a nation and solve problems. Many people who criticize the 1619 Project because it does something similar to this post. The difference is that Project 1619 sticks to the facts and makes the argument that slavery may be the critical problem of the American experience. You, on the other hand, only seem to care about giving Republicans a pass because even if they do nothing in Congress, start endless wars in Iran, or break up NATO and lead us closer to World War III, at least they are not Democrats. How about we hold Republicans accountable and ask them to do great things and ask the same of Democrats instead of oversimplifying the world and demonizing Democrats.

So, Trump only hates people who commit crimes? I don't think that's backed up in any way. Trump hates people who criticize him, disagree with him, or block him from doing what he wants. He especially despises people who are not loyal. There are plenty of people who Trump hates who are not on the list. If you read my post, then you see the flaw in your reasoning. If what you said is true, the list wouldn't be so big, it wouldn't have a single story behind it, and it wouldn't include everyone of prominence. Simple logic shows the flaw in your thinking. One very interesting insight: those who are brainwashed believe they are normal and everyone else is brainwashed. The only way to tell the difference between those brainwashed and those who are not brainwashed is an openness to facts and a willingness to change one's position if the facts are compelling enough. Have you read my posts? I don't worry about one man. I was no fan of Biden. I am no fan of progressives or the social justice warriors who typically ignore the long term or deeper impact of the policies that they put forward such as no bail required. If Trump could be a uniter instead of a divider, would embrace integrity over loyalty, embrace professionalism and experience over celebrity, and if he would take conflict of interest more seriously, I could seriously consider supporting him. I promised myself to give him a chance when he won the election (you can find my posts on that). I believe the great evil is partisan rage and misinformation. Every day, I read the same talking point from thousands of people on X with a high number of views, high number of likes, and replies such as "Oh Yeah" where they are saying nothing but misinformation. Stuff that's easily disproven by 5 minutes of fact checking with Grok. That's the problem. It's posts like your where you don't know anything about me and you assume that I must be someone with partisan rage against Trump. I cite facts because facts matter. Feel free to make your case if you disagree with any point I just made.

You worry about one man, Trump, and turn a blind eye to those most negatively affected by his arrival on the political stage. The facts are there.

They are accusing the entire DNC. How many times do you see "the Democrats are the enemy" ? I'm seeing it everywhere and it is same people who are asking for the arrest of Trump's enemy list. They aren't accusing so much as they are they are attempt to skip legal procedure and attempting to bypass the criteria we have in this nation before an arrest warrant is issued. In Third World Countries, those in power are not brought to justice but the previous party is arrested quite quickly (examples: Putin, Iran, Afghanistan, etc.). Under Trump, those who support Trump are NEVER brought to justice. When his friends get accused of a crime, the DOJ makes a deal with them and charges are dropped. Trump has been very generous with pardons to his supporters. The DOJ has routinely declared that they are ONLY going after Democrats. Your examples prove my point. If you disagree, make your case. Cite the evidence against these people and let's put it up to the bright light of the facts. If you are open minded and you do that, I think that you will see my point.

Facts? Present your case. The facts say the opposite. Misinformation, often coming from foreign agents, but also from social media folks feeding on outrage clicks, and conservative media sources that are making a killing from the ads. There are respectful conservative sources but they often get discredited as RINOs if they criticize Trump (such as MJT, Liz Cheney who used to be as conservative as they come, George WIll, etc.) Both parties are corrupt to the bone. Definitely. The folks who manipulate you into believing it's just one party are masters at it. Please check your facts and apply the same analysis to the Republicans that you are doing to the Democrats. Both have their great people, yes, but they are the minority. Tariffs (read the Supreme Court ruling), declaration of war, focus on executive orders (which are easily overturned by another president) versus legislation, politicization of DOJ, etc. Just because he doesn't do worse doesn't prove he isn't ignoring Congress on many issues where he shouldn't. You have every right to criticize Biden for his policies on the border. All evidence suggests that undocumented workers do not participate in American elections in any number that would have any impact. The other criticism that would be reasonable is that undocumented workers should not be counted when determining the number of representatives a state gets. But talking about a probleml based on misinformation is straight up fraud. The SAVE act will make registration and voting more complicated and will do nothing to stop the misinformation which is the real reason people are starting to have doubts.
