Yesterday, I released a 53-page Claude prompt guide.
It reveals how busy professionals are quietly adding $10,000+/month publishing AI eBooks.
1,200 people requested it.
But I couldn’t reply to everyone, so I’m opening access again.
Inside: the exact AI prompts needed to build a $100K/year AI eBook publishing business.

@lutheranaes One of my favorites with one of my favorite preachers, Dr. White.
English

@theemmacasey @cath_menarion Some polls tease that out but not all.
English

@cath_menarion Is this one of those cases where denomination is just self reported? People will claim in a phone survey "oh yeah I'm lcms" but it's someone who hadn't been to church in 17 years, but their response gets recorded as an lcms member!
English

Sometimes I wonder how this polling can be remotely accurate. You'd think at least one mainline church would have managed to hold the line on gay marriage if this is the case, given their average age. (The LCMS isn't *that* big!) I'm not denying it is accurate, it just seems odd.
Ryan Burge 📊@ryanburge
Among mainline members under the age of 40: 32% are liberal Democrats 29% are conservative Republicans Among those over 40: 22% are liberal Democrats 38% are conservative Republicans Meanwhile, 59% of young mainline clergy are liberal Democrats. It's 44% of older ones.

@cath_menarion One thing I’ve learned in interpreting such stats is to locate where they place “confessional” Lutherans, like AALC, ELS, WELS & LCMS. Some dump ALL Lutherans into “Mainline” and some place the four into the “Evangelical” category. Rarely, “quia” Lutherans are alone.
English

@lisavsworld @LutheranAnswers The ALC saw a 14% increase in male clergy from 1970-80 (50 women in 1980). The 5 yrs after the war -a surge of male ALC pastors.
IMHO, the issue- a large portion of the ALC and LCA abandoned the authority of Scripture & we are witnessing the results of such a decision.
English

@LutheranAnswers Honestly, I blame the Vietnam was for this. Send all the men out of the country and then send them back traumatized with no support from their local church bodies. Men don't go to church, and the LCA and ALC vote in women pastors as a result.
English

We all get annoyed at the obvious thing, but let's not forget to be annoyed at the fact that Carolina's PhD is in, "how to be in community in a time of climate crisis"

Pro-polyamory pastor gushes over how much she loves her polyamorous congregants, while praising her Lutheran (ELCA) guest preacher 'Carolina' who is in a 'throuple' relationship

Recognizing Jesus in an Uncertain World - Christ Jesus calls His followers to rely solely upon God's Word and Sacraments for peace and an increased awareness of Christ's presence with his followers especially during uncertain times.

@LutheranSage Steinke supports necessary boundaries and accountability in cases of serious harm but encourages addressing them with systemic awareness. This approach aims to restore individuals when possible and maintain the congregation's health without causing further division or anxiety.
English

@LutheranSage Scripture prioritizes the holiness and unity of the body of Christ and gives clear steps for church discipline (Matt 18:15-17; 1 Cor 5), including removal in grave, unrepentant cases to prevent the "leaven" from spreading.
English

Thomas’s journey from disbelief to a bold confession of faith, illustrates that forgiveness and restoration are gifts offered to all who repent through Christ’s enduring grace.

@Yakin14Bek One cannot be nourished in a life one has not yet been given. Baptism gives the new birth (John 3:5; Titus 3:5); the Supper sustains it. See also: Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:41–42; 1 Corinthians 11:27–29; 1 Corinthians 12:13.
English

@bocconfessor @_BrettRyanMusic Simply put, our Jesus commands us ( his Church) to baptize-Matt 28. Not to baptize with water is in direct defiance to Christ Jesus’ command.
