@Raphkicks I have never had a sale cancelled before. I have well over 12K sales on StockX and this has never happened to me. I’m based in Europe, if that makes a difference. Does this really happen in the US?

I feel like there should be a class-action lawsuit opened against StockX as they’ve been illegally charging “cancellation fees” for years. They have been charging sellers hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal cancellation fees, without proper justification.

Anything I ship to StockX gets delivered and verified the next day. The EU hub is faster than US hubs.

@LimitedRunMia If an influencer sends in an item they might wanna double or even triple-check it, because they could be (planning on) making a video about sending a fake to StockX. It could also mean the receiver is an influencer. In which case the same logic could apply. Make sure it's real.

@StealXDaddy @sockjig It doesn't work like that. The pair gets returned to StockX, not to the seller. As a seller you don't receive any returns.

@StealXDaddy @sockjig What do you mean? In the EU we don't even need to complain. We can return any online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without having to give any reason at all.

@sockjig StockX obviously sells a lot more fakes abroad than it does in the United States because foreign buyers obviously can't complain

@VictoryAIO @roflm0nster @IExCentric @stockx I'm not dodging your question. If your € 135 is Local Lowest then you should be displayed as the lowest ask. If your € 135 is Earn More or Sell Faster, then it's normal to not be the lowest ask in your local market; because those are the prices you see on StockX.

This is exactly one of the hidden (VAT) fees people are mentioning. It wasnt like this before September 2021 when StockX introduced Business Sellers.

So @stockx lowered the selling fees by up to 1% this night which is nice, right? But when you take a closer look you quickly figure out that it doesn't really make a difference as StockX has a Minimum Transaction Fee of 9,00 € in place which means that even if you are at the lowest possible Transaction Fee of 5% you still pay at least 9,00€ on Transaction Fees on Listings up 179€, only above that price you start to see an actual benefit with your payouts. As an example my average payout price during Q2 2023 was 108,92 € (132 € Ask Price including Bulk shipping refund), which means as an Level 4-5 Power Seller you only see a real advantage on a very small percentage of your total sales (over 180€ ask price). So assuming that this average selling price is similar with other power sellers, which is very likely if you look at the sneakers with the highest volume on @StockXSneakers you do not have any benefits compared to Sellers on lower Levels on most of your sales. As a consequence this means as a Power SellerI have no incentive to get higher then Level 3 (40 sales) as it basically doesn't give me any real benefits in terms of payouts, actually you pay a little more per sale now as bulk shipping is no longer free but the 5€ shipping fee is split between the number of items per bulk box. Now that being said I still enjoy selling on @stockx currently and I appreciate that they are constantly optimising the selling experience so I hope that they listen to this criticism as well and I'm optimistic that they will give Power Sellers more advantages for all sales in the future. A lowered Minimum Transaction Fee of 4-5 € for Level 5 Power Sellers would be awesome!

@XXSABLXX @stockx I think this is an amazing change. The only thing they should fix is that sales on Saturday and Friday (specifically late afternoon/evening) should not count towards the quick ship qualification. It was doable when the threshold was 60%, but very difficult now at 80%.

@bnilly_so_silly @emil96pl My account manager is great. Whenever there are issues with an order (like a sale getting failed for a reason I disagree with), I can ask her to get it double checked. She also sends me a list of the most popular products being sold on StockX, and does so much more.

@emil96pl i only ever used mine to request for orders to get cancelled or shipping deadlines extended but I can now do all of that through the chat. what have you used yours for?
