@sher9996 @LeilaBeaudoin I’ve also never had anything thrown at me, but had decades of verbal abuse. Now I’m fatter than ever, but I’m 63, so basically invisible because fat, unattractive, and old. Don’t get the abuse anymore so maybe “It gets better”? applies? But the internalization remains.

A friend of mine went through this horrible experience downtown St.John’s this weekend. I asked her if I could share it. Her response, “I want to normalize this shit so other people don’t feel like garbage like we do if something similar happens to them!” Unacceptable 👇🏼

@Shellymomma2 Thanks for sharing this picture, Michelle. I don't know if I've ever seen Nana & Poppa Hall's headstone. 1990 was a hard year for us. Mom passed away that year too & Dad the following year. Seems like a million years ago. Miss all of them so much!

@tonyangelo59 So sorry to hear this. I agree with earlier posts- 2020 has been suck-ish so far. My sweet pup went to puppy heaven on the 7th of this month. She knew she was well loved. I know that. Just as your sweet pup did too.
