@shanselman An elderly friend uses Moto X4, wants to switch to iPhone. Qi charging is a must (he doesn't have now, but wants). He's prone to dropping phone. X4 has shattered screen iPhone 12 is a possibility if a little expensive. What's a good model? Apple Refurbished is ok @lasersailor
