So I watched "The Passion of the Christ" last night. And I am on my back deck tonight thinking. Think about this. In the movie, they have beaten him to near death and when they first take him to his cross, Jesus clings to it, and the thief chastised him for embracing his own cross. Mocking him for doing so. Then Christ gave all he had to carry that cross which weighed as much as him.. They beat him while he did. It came to the point that his physical body couldn't carry it any longer, so a man was ordered to carry it with him. Yet Christ still clung to the cross. Do you know why? Because he knew at the other end of that short journey was OUR freedom. Not his.... OURS..... with every single step, with every drop of blood, with every single tear, he knew he was one moment closer to being at the right hand of the Father and his mission complete to free us all. The man embraced the cross. Begged God to forgive the men nailing him to it. Begged God to forgive those that had beaten him with whips and canes and hammered a crown of thorns on his head. He embraced it all.... for US...... And now, when times get hard and life gets even slightly uncomfortable, we claim that "God isn't listening and won't take my burden" as if we even know what a real burden is... How many times would we cling to the proverbial cross for another and suffer as he did to free them from the pain? Would we ever do it at all? Maybe for our own child? Maybe? As you lay down tonight, pray a prayer of thanks. Not for the normal things. Not tonight. Tonight, pray a special prayer of thanks that he held on to that cross and carried it as far as his mortal body would allow... because that took more dedication than any of us could give for anyone. By the time you wake up in the morning, he will have risen, 2000 years ago. He will have beat death. 2000 years ago, all the sin you and I will ever commit was paid for because he clung to that cross like it was a lifeline.... not for him... But for you and me.

Thank you Gen. Flynn @GenFlynn, I feel very empty inside and can’t button it anymore. Independents like myself, and indeed my entire family placed our faith in a broad and unlikely coalition. Voices such as yours Michael Flynn, Tulsi Gabbard @TulsiGabbard, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. @RobertKennedyJr, Tucker Carlson @TuckerCarlson, my dear brother and friend @charliekirk11 Kirk, and Megyn Kelly @megynkelly helped inspire confidence that something formidable, perhaps even historic was taking shape. We believed that this alliance could transcend division and recalibrate the balance of power in favor of principled leadership under Donald Trump. But belief, once fractured, leaves behind something heavier than disagreement, it leaves a quiet emptiness. Today, I find myself not angry, but disillusioned. Not opposed, but deeply unsettled. There is a growing sense among many of us who once stood firmly in support that we may have mistaken strength for direction, and coalition for clarity. If there is still a bridge between leadership and those who entrusted it with their hopes, now would be the time to cross it. Because the silence from those who once believed the most is beginning to say everything. MAGA was a spirit, and right now, as we speak, the ancestors are angry.

@kmbiamnozie This hits our middle and lower middle class especially hard. Thank you for laying out such an honest assessment.

Trump se compare à Moïse « qui a guidé les hébreux hors d’Égypte il y’a 3000 ans » et estime qu’il guide aujourd’hui les Israéliens vers « leur terre promise » et «leur libération ». Il est complètement barré.

They will try to propagandize you, lie and distort history and events, but because I have no skin in this game of lies, I will bring you the truth so you can make up your minds. They’ll tell you Iran is the problem. You probably believed that Iran was such a tyrannical government and evil people, that’s a bold face lie. They’ll never tell you where the story actually begins. Are you ready? In 1953, Mohammad Mossadegh, democratically elected, wildly popular amongst his people in Iran made one unforgivable mistake: he believed Iran’s oil and solid minerals belonged to Iranians. That was unacceptable to Winston Churchill and the gentlemen in tailored suits who considered foreign resources their birthright. So the Central Intelligence Agency and MI6 orchestrated what we now politely call the 1953 Iranian coup d’état codename Operation Ajax. Ahaaaaaa, guess you are hearing this for the first time?? It was a covert plan developed jointly by the Central Intelligence Agency and MI6 to overthrow Mossadegh and consolidate power under Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, ensuring Western control over Iranian oil and geopolitical alignment during the early Cold War. Remember, Mossadegh’s central offense was not tyranny, but sovereignty. Like what we are seeing today. He moved to nationalize Iran’s oil industry, challenging the dominance of British interests and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, which had long profited from Iranian resources under deeply unequal terms. At the time, British leadership under Winston Churchill viewed Iranian oil not merely as a commercial asset, but as a strategic necessity. The nationalization effort threatened both economic interests and geopolitical influence. Democracy, it turns out, is admirable right up until it interferes with profit. Like our President will openly and proudly say today “Take the oil”, different times, same sentiments. They removed Mossadegh and installed Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, a man far more agreeable to Western appetites, and far less accountable to his own people. And just like that, the seeds were planted. Not of peace but of resentment, revolution, and a distrust that would outlive empires. So no, Iran didn’t emerge in a vacuum. History has fingerprints. And some of them still smell like oil. Sorry folks, I’m just keeping it honest

Study latin america, the middle east and south east asia. The Us and Israel are the two biggest terrorist rogue states on earth today

A U.S. Army pilot is missing in Iran tonight, and somewhere in the darkness, he’s alone, holding on, fighting to survive—please keep him in your prayers. 🇺🇸🙏 I don’t have to agree with every decision made, but I will never turn my back on those who wear the uniform. They carry fear, pressure, and sacrifice that most people will never understand. I will never stand with anything that mocks their struggle or turns their pain into propaganda.

I completely agree with you on both of your posts. You said it perfectly! At this point we can only hope and pray that some miracle happens and our leaders stop the endless wars and stop ruining our country and the rest of the world. We all deserve peace. It’s heartbreaking 💔 Peace be with you 🙏

@lasnowwhite77 @aardvarkp80 @stylist_que_2 you no longer get to ask “why” You know the answer. You also cannot expect your allies to go with you again. You need to take responsibility as a country for what you are doing to others.

@L65094341 @aardvarkp80 @stylist_que_2 It’s a complicated subject and I don’t defend the mission. I can never be in his place and drop bombs, but I can’t wish him death. This whole shit show needs to stop

@lasnowwhite77 @aardvarkp80 @stylist_que_2 If you think that deciding between killing civilians in far away lands and losing your job/facing detention is a hard one…then you need to reflect on your moral compass. Look at history or WW2 and see how many individuals choose to do the right things. With risk or consequences.

@lasnowwhite77 @aardvarkp80 @stylist_que_2 Again…He is able to quit. This is absolutely on him. There are pilots or soldiers who refuse to take orders to commit war crimes. I would rather do years in prison then have on my conscience the murder of civilians in an absolutely illegal war. This isn’t as hard as you make it.

A lot of young people get recruited in high achools as I am a former educator. A lot of these youngsters join out of poverty and inability to get college degree. None of them think really hard that they might end up killing others or losing their own lives. They hope to get stationed somewhere and receive education at government expense, have a retirement, etc. As you heard Trump was promising no wars, thus they just had a big boost in recruitment. So, idk 🤷‍♀️ I think we all feel betrayed in many ways. I surely can’t be the judge of young people thrown into a foreign war

@lasnowwhite77 @lnVictusActual @stylist_que_2 My point is unlike Russia which do have conscription, the US doesnt so every US military member is a voluntary terrorist. If you have a choice to not participate in an illegal war of terrorism for an Epstein pedophile regime but still do then you are not a victim.

None of us are perfect but it’s so much easier to judge a pilot or a soldier who is sent there crying and not able to quit. I am not in the army, neither are you but we are sitting here and passing judgment on these people. The ones who sent them there should be punished. That’s what I believe

@aardvarkp80 @lasnowwhite77 @stylist_que_2 Piss off. What am I doing ? I am not dropping bombs on civilians in a war that has for decades been a fantasy of Israel. Yes, he should do prison time rather than kill innocent civilians. If he was dumb or greedy enough to enlist for US army then he need to take responsibility.

Looks like Iran just successfully triggered Pete Hegseth into a full public meltdown right in front of his own kids. The same tough guy who smugly tells his 13-year-old son that American troops "died for you" so we don’t have to deal with nuclear Iran… now breaking down like a fragile snowflake when the real consequences stare him in the face. Pathetic. This WAR is far too sophisticated for narrow-minded, chest-thumping amateurs playing war hero with other people’s blood and their own children’s future. You don’t get to cosplay tough on TV then cry when the board gets complex. The adults in the room are watching this clown show with disgust. History won’t be kind to warmongering lightweights.

The U.S. counts “strategic wins” in explosions and rubble. Iran counts in endurance. Civilians. Hospitals. Water. Power. Schools. Target them, and it’s not war, it’s genocide. Not “collateral damage.” Not “unfortunate.” Under the Geneva Conventions, this is criminal. Every missile that hits the innocent writes history in shame. War is measured in lives, not headlines. Remember that. You get the point now???
