@5h48n4m @lastminute_au @Mr1Nivi I recommend asking the credit card company to do a charge back. After some back and forward Mastercard recognised that @lastminute_com aka @BravoflyBlog aka Rumbo had no intention of refunding the money. The chargeback was accepted and my money returned.
