For the type of media and journalism that exists in India, even sending a physio isn’t the right call.
Even leeches are better than media persons. The coverage is so pathetic that their headlines start with:
1. “Raat ko ek call aaya”, baaki kal bataunga
2. “Do successful captains ke transfer ki baat chal rahi hai”
3. “Ek bada player and ek coach ke beech baat nahi hoti hai”
4. “Ek bada player apni manmaani kar raha hai”
5. “Mr Fixit team ko theek karna chahte hain”
6. In 5 days, 4 people will be made the T20 captain of India
7. “Do bade players ki aapas mein nahi ban rahi hai”
Do you guys even realise there isn’t a single person you can rely on for correct information? The possibility of the world ending is higher than an Indian journalist giving the right information and asking the right questions.
It’s been over a year, and in every conference the first question asked is—will ROKO play in the World Cup?
Why? Because it fills your pockets. The day people stop filling pockets with coins rather than knowledge, we will support you. If something needs to change first, it should start with journalism—or close the schools and colleges of journalism. It’s better to get no reports or news.

1/4 Sending a Physio to a Press Conference is a disgrace. A physio cannot answer questions related to the team’s losing streak, dressing room atmosphere, management decisions or ongoing controversies. It clearly showed PBKS wanted to avoid tough questions. #PBKS
