Saya suka merasa layanan pemerintah itu sering banget pakai istilah bahasa hukum atau singkatan internal masing-masing.
Memang itu akan memudahkan pelaporan dan administrasi negara, tapi kan jadi sering menyusahkan masyarakat awam.
Contoh, ada pertanyaan di Coretax
“Apakah anda menerima penghasilan yang tidak termasuk objek pajak?”
Kan bisa diganti…
“Apakah Anda menerima uang yang bebas pajak (seperti warisan atau hibah)?”
Istilah "objek pajak" itu sering bikin dahi berkerut karena terdengar seperti bahasa hukum yang berat.
Intinya, pertanyaan itu kan ingin tahu apakah kita punya pemasukan yang bebas pajak atau kagak.
