A Sask. judge recently ruled that the “thumbs-up” emoji is just as valid as a signature, ordering a farmer to pay for an unfulfilled contract. A @WillfulWills survey found 1 in 7 Canadians think emojis should bind a contract (the handshake 🤝 is the #1 choice). What do you think?
