⚖️ Lally & Tully 🚔 Here’s the thing, when I met Lally & Tully we didn’t get right to my statement. We chatted like you would with your buddies on the golf course. We talked about our kids, me and Tully had LEO friends in common. I assumed they were the GOOD guys. Lally walked me through their ENTIRE theory of the case. We watched the video from CF McCarthys. He would pause it…or slow it down and ask….did you see her take a drink there? How about there? I just wasn’t seeing what he was seeing. I had no reason to think they were FOE at the time. Looking back on it, I would have passed on the small talk. One drink, two drinks, three drinks, four?? That’s what they wanted (needed) everyone to believe. I’m not sure if they thought I would go along? Then we got to my statement. We glossed over my history with John, and I confirmed I had just met Karen that night. Then Lally asked me” How was she that night? How did she appear to you?” I told him “She looked fine to me”. He then responded “So you didn’t tell Trooper Proctor that she looked toasted?” ME: “Definitely not!” Lally: “Really?? Ok how do you know you didn’t say that?” ME: “Because I don’t talk like that.” Then a little AKWARD silence…. a few weird glances….Lally thanked me….i shook Tullys hand and Lally told me they would give me “as much notice as possible” before calling me. They then proceeded to pass me off at the TRIAL through other witnesses as “Just Sully”; some rando at the bar….no reason to call him…he knows nothing!” This was DAY 2 of trial #1. I assumed they would do the right thing….I was WRONG. It’s so crazy…..

Neither. In trial 1, ARCCA solidified it for me - specifically Daniel Wolfe when he testified that the speed at which Karen Read's vehicle backed into the driveway was not enough to break Karen's taillight. Nor were there any visible pieces / disrupted snow with red taillight. The timeline/location of her vehicle also did not allow for the police to plant taillight on scene at 34 Fairview - leaving no other explanation for how those pieces got at 34 Fairview. Have a blessed day!

The last thing I’ll say is I just want to appeal to anyone who might be listening: you can just stop posting about this case and forget about it and go back to your life. You used to be someone who didn’t know about this case and spent that time doing something else. You can do that again “Posting about Karen Read” feels important to all of you. It feels like you’re fighting real evil. You’re not. You’re arguing online with people that have nothing to do with the case and can’t affect anything. This is wasting your life. Just say what you think happened and move on. So much time and energy over the last 3 years. What else could you have done with that energy? One day you will stop posting about this. You think it’s when you get one final victory. More likely you’ll just be indifferent when it happens. You’ll just have been bored. You won’t even really remember the last day you posted annoy this trial. It’ll just stop. No one is getting a big finish or a huge victory or anything. One day you’ll just stop caring. Ma'am...unfortunately you have fallen victim to an online scam. The science /math do in fact tell the truth. John's clothing had microscopic taillight pieces (matching Karen's car) embedded in his clothing. In other words, John came in contact with her vehicle. The timeline did not allow for the police to plant taillight on the scene (if you were familiar with local roads and followed the evidence surrounding the location of Karen's vehicle). There was an accident. I sincerely wish you the best....many people have suffered as a result of misinformation in this community.

Correct...they both received the discovery, but you missed the point of my post. The ARCCA witnesses did not have the car data when drawing a conclusion. Also, do you know what was in the discovery turned over to the defense?....witness testimony so that Karen Read's defense would be aware of how witnesses would testify to help her craft her defense. It appears you misunderstood what I said. As testified in trial, ARCCA did not have access to Karen Read's Techstream car data when drawing their conclusions for the Fed report. Why? ARCCA are experts in Techstream data (disclosed as such on their website). That data indicated her car reversed at 24mph with the pedal 75% down with zero brake application. We also learned in trial 2, that car event coincided with the same time John's phone ceased movement.

I understand the sentiment, but for many of us, this stopped being just about Karen Read a long time ago. When you really step back and look at what happened here, the implications are much bigger than one defendant, one victim, or one case. What Karen Read, her team, and even the USAO's office helped normalize should concern anyone who cares about the integrity of the justice system. A defendant with money, influence, media access, and a willing online army has spent years targeting witnesses, spreading misinformation, weaponizing social media, manipulating narratives, pressuring institutions, and turning private citizens into public enemies. If this becomes acceptable, it becomes a playbook for other cases. I don't know anyone that's here because we think we're one post away from some grand victory. We're here because we've watched real people suffer. We've watched witnesses, families, and private citizens endure years of harassment, threats, lies, and character assassination. We've watched people we genuinely care about have their lives turned upside down. Those people matter too. Just because you see us correcting misinformation online doesn't mean that's all we're doing. This is only one small piece of the puzzle. And you may look at that and think we're wasting our time. That's your right. But someone could look at any cause, hobby, profession, or passion and say the same thing. The value of something depends on whether it matters to you. To us, this matters. Because there are still victims in this story. There are still people being harmed. Maybe one day we'll stop talking about it. Maybe one day there won't be anything left to say. But that day isn't today.

So, here's the thing. I caught some of the discussion in X spaces yesterday. I thought you gave some worthwhile practical takeaways (going more on the offensive, not getting dragged down into arguments, etc.). Having said that, I am in Canton (saw everything develop here locally / didn't go on social media until after the conclusion of the case). There are some pieces of the puzzle you are missing from your 72+ hour analysis - which is perhaps why you may be getting a bit of pushback. For example, the local media never explained any of the evidence around the case. So, if you actually ask majority of people here in Norfolk County, a good portion believe the narrative that spread on social media. I myself went into the 1st trial believing she was innocent (based on things I heard). If you asked random people on the street here....I'd venture to bet majority of have no idea about the witness harassment that happened surrounding this case. You might ask why did the local media approach the case that way? Of course, one reason is for clicks/views....but another potential is there is an important election happening in September for Norfolk County DA. Karen Read and her team are funding one of those candidates. That candidate ran the Federal investigation surrounding John O'Keefe's death and turned over 3,000 pages of discovery to the defense and also hired ARCCA (but conveniently they didn't have the Techstream car data). That candidate is dependent on the Norfolk County public buying into the Karen Read narrative. You see...there is more to the story than just the trial. The real battleground is in Norfolk County. Now circling back to some of your original points...some of this info would not have gotten out into the "public domain" without the assistance of social media (through either posts or X spaces). There have been real world implications from this trial. In my view, does "fighting" on the internet help solve this problem...absolutely not. Could there be things that we could be doing better...absolutely....there's always room for improvement. I think there is a middle ground here.
