@SamsungHelpUK Thanks JS. I will contact them, but the Magician software still won't recognise the disk as being supported. I note that there is a more recent version available, but when running Magician, it informs me I have the latest version - 5.0.0.
@laura_doom Hi Laura. So we can check the authenticity of your SSD for you, we would advise calling our dedicated team on: 00800-8010-8011 or email them at: samsungmemory@hanaro.eu

@SamsungHelpUK I bought 860 PRO SSD from Amazon. Magician (v. 5.0.0) tells me it's not supported, and not genuine. Samsung UK website features this model (MZ-76P512B/EU), but when trying to register, it's not an available option.

Since the GDPR was introduced, I don't recall having received a specific request from my bank regading data/privacy optIn/Out. Is GDPR optional (i.e. optIn) for financial institutions?

@BarclaysUKHelp I've accessed my account via Chrome, using default settings. I guess it's not surprising that Barclays is happy to prevent customers controlling access to their own data, a form of hidden payment for banking services [feigned amazement!].
@BarclaysUKHelp Given that I made no changes to my configuration, other than those advised by your 'help' team, I fail to understand why Barclays regards this as my problem. Barclays made changes; now I am unable to use online resources to access my account.
@BarclaysUKHelp I assume you have no further help to offer me, given that you have advised me to call the Barclays Technical help number. I also assume I'm being told that the fault relating this issue (no access to my online account) is being ascribed to me.
@BarclaysUKHelp No error codes, just 'Bad Request', though I suspect they would be a 500(+) server errors. I wanted to check recent transactions for an expected payment, and download statements (email notification). Do you want a screenshot of the 'Bad request' screen?
@laura_doom Hi there Laura, apologies about the issues you’ve been facing. Just to check, are you receiving any error codes at all? Also, were you looking to complete a transaction online or simply just log in? Jack
@BarclaysUKHelp Online banking: every link I follow results in a 'Bad Request' notification. Firefox console displays a list of failures in loading resources. Windows 10 (64)/ Firefox 65.0.1 (64-bit)
