@doctor_iac There is a YMCA over on Huntington avenue that's not too far and was relatively recently renovated (has a pool, etc). Also lots of great running areas and bike paths around during nice weather! #bidtweetup

@doctor_iac Twilight will give you a great sense for the flow of the hospital. It's an admitting shift where you work in 1-resident, 2-intern teams to admit medicine patients from the ED or patients coming out of the ICU to the floor.

Q1: Does the patient-doctor relationship benefit from the ritual of the routine daily physical exam? If so, how? #JHMChat

@mcnamara_lc @FutureDocs @JHospMedicine Have totally had this experience! And I agree that there are times when a complete and thorough exam is really important. Particularly around transitions (admissions, transfers, etc)

@FutureDocs @JHospMedicine I had a patient thank me for doing such a thorough exam overnight when I was admitting them! Anecdotal and not a "daily physical exam" but something I hope to not forget. #jhmchat
