apparently the christian high school i graduated from now officially states that "before the fall into sin, God created us male and female and there was no gender confusion." took one look at this thing and it reactivated the pure rage i felt throughout my adolescence

Just remembering that when we were 13(?) my friends and I would cut out of youth group to go read our LotR fanfic aloud, in all the voices, out of our handwritten notebooks, in the church bathroom. Really tracks with my life here in 2022. 😂 @lauracok

@conyerclayton I did ask! I think she was new. And confused. Honestly then I was embarrassed and wanted to drop the whole thing but she’d already called for a manager so I was stuck.
