@helenhammondli1 @MartynPitman Short of getting an amendment to the Health and Social Care Act regulations to extend the time limit I’m not sure. Going to try and get a view from specialist counsel. Reality is that 3 years will never be enough when the CQC waits for others to gather the evidence for them

@MartynPitman @Robyn_Medhurst The thing is Martyn we are all in the same boat, there appears to be no means of getting an extension to the 3 year limitation for prosecution. All of us raise the complaint within ample time, it’s the @CareQualityComm who drag their heels, ignore - then the time is up

The 3 year time limit for CQC prosecutions is absurd, even the CQC itself agrees it’s not long enough. @wesstreeting please do something to change this
