Thanks to @POTUS @realDonaldTrump’s tireless efforts to secure a lasting peace, I am glad to announce the signing of today’s historic economic partnership agreement between the United States and Ukraine establishing the United States-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund to help accelerate Ukraine’s economic recovery. Economic security is national security. @DFCgov will work closely with the Government of Ukraine to establish this fund, and we look forward to quickly operationalizing this historic economic partnership for both the Ukrainian and American people.

There's a simple reason why so many elite athletes have enormous mental health issues or become so metabolically broken, beyond the stresses of their sports: Accumulated Toxicity. Think about Michael Phelps, Caleb Dressel, or the triathlete who just admitted he's nearly diabetic. These guys, at the top of their games, still become physical shit-shows. The easy culprit to blame are the carbs. Mark Sisson basically built a 9 figure empire based upon this argument. But consider this - when Michael Phelps allegedly had to eat 10,000 calories per day to keep up with his training, loaded with Subway sandwiches of all things, how much of his neurological damage was caused not by the carbs, but by the toxic trash they were ingested with? All of that garbage fortified bread (iron, folic acid, niacinamide). All of the fat soluble crap in the vegetables that's also added to so many other foods, a likely rigorous supplementation program, and the stupid amounts of eggs and sweet potatoes some of these athletes eat. Even if you're not going crazy over-fortifying, simply eating such a large volume of food in America WILL quickly add up. And then we watch these people all face their downfall, sometimes live on TV (you can't hate the media enough). My contention is that it isn't the carbs. It's what the carbs are carrying alongside. But it's so easy to blame a calorie or macronutrient because we're pushed to become dumb and lazy thinkers. Those of us who dig into food toxicity can see it clearly though. "Time under toxicity tension" kills, and so does high volume. And when you have guys doing it for decades, while under insane amounts of international media scrutiny and pressure, they inevitably turn into a metabolic mess (at best) or total basketcases at worst.
