Not as cool as rockets, but for aviation fans: two MiG-29UBs are off to Europe for overhaul & a British Tornado F2, soon to fly, will sport historic Battle of Britain colors. All will eventually fly at airshows and support Polaris training, R&D & test pilot training flights.

Great find here! Later during ship entry the plasma fields start to have a green hue, seen on the webcast camera views. This is expected of course, as both ship and booster are brat #SpaceX #Flight6

An interesting shot from Starship Flight 6: In this image, the Ship and Superheavy booster, as well as the ice/etc. appear to have a magenta-glow to them. This is because I edited the picture in photoshop. Follow for more space facts.

Aftershock II has officially become the highest and fastest amateur rocket of all time! Following its successful launch to space on Oct. 20, 2024, an internal data review concluded a world-record altitude of 470,400 ft and a top speed of 5,283 ft/s (Mach 5.5).
