@TheCoopLive It's like the link from the Co-op app to Ticketmaster hasn't enabled access to the presale. Anyone else had this issue? Any work around? Using iOS 18.01, and latest vers of the Co-op app.

It’s amazing. You’re encouraged to stay home. But when you need to ring the bank (about fraud of all things!!) you can’t get through for hours. Now I understand why I see so many people queuing for the banks still (while im at work) during lockdown. 🙄🙄

Been waiting for someone to pick up the phone (@LloydsBank) for an hour now and still no joy. Had a potentially fraudulent transaction come out my mum’s account and need assistance seeing as your online chat doesn’t deal with fraud and can only advise I call. Fed up now🤦🏼‍♀️🤯

@LloydsBank I’ve cancelled the card but I don’t have any more time to sit and wait on the phone. So I will just have to go into a branch. Is there any way someone could ring me instead so I can get on with my day?

Size texted me on Tuesday, telling me they needed to split my delivery into multiple, and I’d get tracking for each. Surely that means they’re at the point of packaging them to know this? So why have I still not had any tracking 😭 hasn’t even moved from placed to accepted yet😭
