Stood in the galley and ate breakfast standing up as we flew to London. Was happy to be supportive as they helped the woman who was experiencing issues in my aisle but the lack of acknowledgement of my experience is wild. A ‘no but we read it’ would have been more reasonable.

I emailed @AmericanAir about having had to stand for the final third of my flight pre-descent to see if there was any recompense, and I received the most canned and lacking response — it was as if my email hadn’t be read at all. WOWWWWWW

The billion dollar @GooglePlay for some reason will not help me access the book I paid for on my account nor will it refund me or transfer the purchase and all I truly want is to be able to use the thing I paid them for.

@GooglePlay Was hoping for a refund or a transfer to an account that I can actually use to access the Book but I was sent to my IT Manager again (she's never changed any Google Play settings) after a week of attempts at resolution.

@GooglePlay I accidentally purchased a Book using my corporate Google Play account. I could access it maybe three times and then the library stopped loading and my IT Manager says she has no idea what the issue could be. I am still able to access/use the other Play apps using that account.

@GooglePlay It's not unfortunately and it's very disappointing -- hoping my IT manager can successfully escalate.
