You can start by telling your own partners in crime to not make their gimmicks doing exactly what you are claiming here and clearly what they set out to do and what I didn't set out to do at all.

I didn’t imagine this would blow up the way it did today. I appreciate Dave’s decades and decades of work serving fans like me with news, information, and opinions. I just wish he would realize the weight his voice carries in the space and be more measured with his criticism that could hurt young folks opportunities. Dave was my invited guest at Starrcast, watched ALL IN in my box, and we had breakfast together in Japan before Wrestle Kingdom. I enjoy his company. We have been friendly for 10 years. I do believe he comes from a good place and is never intentionally dishonest. I know Bruce and Eric disagree with me on that. Has he gotten some things wrong over the years? Sure, we all have. But his intent, imo, has always been good. His blind spot is not recognizing that his opinion gets repeated and shared as fact to a large portion of the community. It’s a big responsibility. I shared these thoughts privately with Dave and then publicly over the last 24 hours. But my intent is not to hurt Dave in any way. I just want him to reconsider his approach. Love to have a discussion publicly, privately, whatever. There is no “debate” to speak of imo. We like the same type of wrestling; we just approach our critiques differently. He’s been doing it his way for 40 years. It’s not likely to change.

For the RECORD: The Pig Bus is loving the Big 12. As we enter our third year here, the budding inter-conference rivalries are beginning to take shape. They're bananas! We're loving the new fans we meet; they've been awesome, and we're legit making new friends with fans of other schools. This is the place where Morgan’s legacy is going to start and be built, whatever that may be. So we're all-in. Some can lament what was, and some will cling to wishful thinking about a future that may or may not happen. But for us, we love Utah Football first, and we love them here in our new home. We loved them when we were in the trash bin of the WAC, and we loved them when we were in the trash bin of the Big 12 two years ago. We are loving this league. There’s lots of parity, there’s not one dominant kingpin program, and fans are insane. Every school cares about winning, and they all invest heavily to keep up. The fans are passionate, and it’s a daily dose of troll, trolling, and being trolled. It’s a lot more engagement than I ever saw in the Pac-12. So to be clear, we love the Big 12. This is our new home, and we welcome any of you to our bus on gameday, whichever sport that may be. The best thing that can happen here is for us to cheer on 5 to 6 teams that are always in the hunt every year in the Big12, helping make this the P3. We're all ships in the same harbor; let's all hope for a rising tide to raise all of us. Stoked for the season to start and visit with new visitors to RES and the Utah Pig Bus. Go Utes!
