Coterie Limited, the buyer of Lay & Wheeler from Naked Wines, is a secretive outfit. For a start, the only Coterie Limited listed at Companies House was dissolved in 2015. Cavendish Corporate Finance, advisor on the sale, says the new owners are "a privately held family office"
