So, after enjoying a few hours catching up with a friend at @StarbucksUK at Heartlands Business Park, Nr Whitburn, eating their fill of coffee, cake and hot chocolate, they were thanked for their patronage with a £100 parking fine each! It's shocking that no warnings were given.

@joe_jag @LeanAgileEdi got about 35/45 attendees to an talk in person talk/lean coffee a few weeks back (backs up your point about talks v interaction, which we’ve seen too). But beer and pizza from @Skyscanner helped too I’m sure. We’re pretty much used the pre-pandemic formula

The meet-ups I’m involved with have struggled to get folks to attend this year. How’s everyone else doing? Have you used new ways of increasing attendance?

@alistairhann Have you tried @ScrivenerApp? It’s like an IDE for writing, has sync with its mobile app via dropbox

When I write long docs I like to put in comments for myself: single sentence paragraph summaries, reminders to reword, tentatively removed text etc. LaTeX works well: comments in source, compiles to clean doc. What are lighter weight options for this approach? Ideally on mobile.
