To find the manual for my dad's Mateo Pwr Wall LVST, the only search that the @lazboy manuals search will accept is "32X".
Hint: if you sell a $5000 thing, make it clear on all the docs exactly what the "right" search term is!

@lazboy My husband’s Dads old chair. We had it reupholstered. It still reclines great! very comfortable. Probably 45 years old. Still going strong!

@lazboy I’ve spent $20k+ in the last three years on two sectionals and after the mechanical issues and ZERO support from Servco on my extended “full coverage” warranty, I’ll never buy another one - and I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear. What a disappointment.

@lazboy we purchased a custom sectional from yall and we have never used recliner on the end. Well i did about 3 weeks ago and the recliner me hanism tore the leather. Yall are telling me that im 2 weeks out of warranty and im on the hook for labor??? Please do right by this.

@lazboy Please explain how my nearly 90 year old grandmother purchases a chair from you, you deliver the incorrect chair, blame her for the mistake and offer no solutions to fix it but “wait 6 weeks for the correct chair” after shes already sold her other furniture…. just wrong.

@lazboy I bought one of your premiume recliners for $3600. Six months later the back collapsed while I was sitting in it. We reported it broken July 7th - that's 112 days ago! I've requested a refund and removal of the chair multiple times. Why aren't you being reasonable?
