@ksilva86 @AndrewBeYappin @Nerd_Sesh We don’t all have equal righteousness in the eyes of God Only those that place faith in Christ will be made righteous That doesn’t make unbelievers less human or worthy of respect, but they won’t inherit the kingdom of God

Hi he is effectively calling LGBTQ folk sinister and sinners meaning they will be cast away from heaven and would be viewed as irredeemable by god unless they repent at which point they would be no longer lgbtq. Thus making them irredeemable humans. This is effectively making them lesser than. Either we are all equal in the eyes of God or we are not.

@Razorbacksleeps @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh Can you not have compassion and love towards individuals and disagree with their actions? My religion does not drive me to lie My religion drives me to believe its morals. If that’s offensive then so be it. Being inoffensive isn’t virtuous, it’s cowardice.

@lbj12998 @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh The thing is that if you truly hated sin, you’d look at ways to love them, support them, and show compassion. From there, you’d try to understand people. Instead a lot of Christians lie about them. Even drive them to suicide. If your religion drives you to this, you’re not good.

@Razorbacksleeps @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh Yeah whatever. You’re not a Christian by any traditional definition. Enjoy your morally bankrupt worldview. Christians hate what God hates AKA sin

@lbj12998 @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh “Hate the sin, not the sinner” has always been a guise for attacking the LGBT community and other civil rights. “Shoved down your throats” because you keep making laws restricting their rights. It’s why we remind ourselves of the fight for all people who need lifting up.

You’re delusional. The man focus isn’t on sin. The focus is on Christ. Sin is a real part of Christianity, without it Christ has no reason to die. Most Christians would rather not talk about LGBT, but it’s forced down everyone’s throat all the time What happened first the pride night or the complaint about the pride night?

@lbj12998 @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh The focus on sin is such a giveaway. The only people who do that are the most insane people I’ve ever met. Just absolute chaos walking our streets.

@northernsizzle @AndrewBeYappin @Nerd_Sesh I haven’t made any personal attacks on anyone who’s irritated with me Seems like the pride defenders are generally coming across as softer in their conversations with me. I’ll pray for you

You have no idea what I believe 🤣 I don’t have hatred towards anyone. My moral view is entirely built on scripture. What’s yours based on? Why do you assume I support corruption and greed? I’ll speak out against any of that. Sin is sin. Christ hates all sin including mine, so do I. Christ would affirm the MORAL law of the Old Testament to this day, so do I. Offending someone isn’t always sinful. Unless you’re a universalist heretic, Christianity is inherently offensive.

@lbj12998 @Owhoke57 @Nerd_Sesh Yours is not Christ-like. It’s the God of KKK and other hate groups. It has no basis in Christianity. You hide behind religion to justify your own hatred. If you want to offend, then why not those who would deny healthcare? Hoard wealth? That’s not your kind of fight though.

@Owhoke57 @Razorbacksleeps @Nerd_Sesh You have no idea what it means to actually follow Christ. Being a Christian doesn’t mean avoiding offending everyone.

@TheGiantsBurner @Z000Z_9 @Nerd_Sesh The laws about slavery would still hold today if there was slavery There isn’t slavery today because Christians saw that slavery was breaking God’s moral law with regards to kidnapping and other things.

@TheAlanShane @kungfukenn_eth @Nerd_Sesh Look into fulfillment theology and the threefold division of law I understand Christianity, thanks The law doesn’t change based on being outdated, it changes on Christ fulfilling the old covenant

@lbj12998 @AndrewBeYappin @Nerd_Sesh It’s absolutely dehumanizing. Imagine an analogous racist statement made in the name of religion, you’d agree it’s abhorrent and dehumanizing. Gay mfs don’t choose that shit and we’re not just going to restrict a whole group’s flourishing and call them demonic because book say so
